Video: File extensions: .mp4 .m3u8 (HLS)* Format: The video must always be encoded using H.264 for the video track and AAC for the audio track (it must also be optimized for streaming - "fast start"/"web optimized"). Audio only: File extensions and format: .m4a (AAC format) .mp3 (MP3 format) *NOTE REGARDING HLS: You can use HLS but, in order to achive the best possible experience/compatibility with HTML5 web browser which do not support "MediaSource" extensions, progressive download URLs must be the first choice. Check the WebTV documentation regarding how to provide progressive and HLS media URLs (at the same time) into the media fields. |
